Dermaplane is a safe, non-invasive treatment to get rid of the thin, top layer of dead skin cells and fine vellus hair (peach fuzz) on your face.

How long is the dermaplane treatment?

The treatment lasts between 20 to 30 minutes.

How many dermaplane treatments will I need?

We recommend that you return every three to four weeks. This is based on your face’s skin cycle.

Will my hair grow back thicker and darker after dermaplane?

As long as the hair is superficial vellus hair (peach fuzz), it will grow back at the same rate and texture as before the treatment.

What is recovery like?

There is no downtime for this treatment. Many people find it relaxing. This is considered a “lunch hour” treatment and most people return to their regular activities immediately following the treatment.
